project_update write

Rename a project, change its lead, or archive and unarchive it (archiving is an admin call; an archived project takes no new issues and its existing ones stay readable), or set how agents finish work here: agent_done, one of review, allowed and proof, and done_criteria, the markdown a refusal quotes to the agent it turned away. The key cannot be changed: it is the prefix of every issue key in the project.
