project_get read

Read one project with its milestones in sequence order and each one's delivery numbers: which are complete, which are no_issues, and whether the project is delivered or overdue. This is the call that shows what milestone_id values are valid for issues in the project, and where the project's agent_done policy and done_criteria are read. A project is delivered when it has at least one milestone and every one of them is complete; a project with no milestone is never delivered.
