milestone_list read

List a project's milestones in sequence order, with their positions, target dates, issue counts and state. Use this to find the milestone_id values an issue in the project can carry. A milestone is complete when it holds at least one counted issue and every counted issue is done; a canceled issue counts in neither the finished number nor the total, so canceling the last unfinished issue completes the milestone. no_issues is not complete.
