milestone_delete write

Delete a milestone. The issues that carried it survive with their milestone_id cleared, and from then on they count toward no delivery at all: not the project's, and not any milestone's. Check what it held with milestone_list before deleting, because removing the milestone also removes that work from the delivery numbers.
