comment_list read

Read an issue's whole comment thread, oldest first, paginated. issue_get embeds only the 10 most recent; this is the call that has all of them. Soft-deleted comments are excluded, though their earlier text survives in the log.

Arguments

`cursor`	string	the next_cursor or prev_cursor from a previous call. The cursor knows which way it points, so one argument pages both ways
`issue` required	string	an issue key like ENG-142, or a ULID
`limit`	integer	how many to return; 50 by default and 200 at most
