attachment_upload_url write
Get a one-time link to upload a file too large for attachment_add's content_base64 (up to 10 MB). PUT the raw bytes to upload_url with a Content-Length header and no other credentials, for example `curl -T file.pdf <upload_url>`, within 15 minutes. Then call attachment_add with upload set to the returned upload token to attach it. Nothing is attached until that call.
